1. No Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed.

2. No Exchanges for White Products

  • Due to their nature, white products are not eligible for exchange after purchase.

3. Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact and included.

  • The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

4. Time Frame

  • Replacement requests must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Each order is eligible for one replacement only.

5. Documentation Required

To process your replacement request, you must provide:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  • Photographs of the product in its current condition and the packaging.

6. Return Process

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or Call to initiate the replacement process.

  • Return the product to the address provided by SportGearTT.

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement request.

  • All courier charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer (unless the issue is caused by us).

7. Claims for Wrong Item, Missing Part, or Defective Product

  • Customers must provide an unboxing video showing the sealed package and the full unboxing process to verify the claim.

8. Shipping Costs

  • If the replacement is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product), SportGearTT will cover the return shipping costs.

  • In all other cases, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
