1. No Refund Policy

• Once an order has been dispatched, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

2. No Warranty

• We do not provide any form of warranty on our products.

3. Final Sale Policy

• Goods once sold will not be taken back, except in cases of eligible size exchanges.

4. Size Exchange

• Customers are allowed one size exchange per order within 3 days of delivery.

• Conditions for size exchange:

  • Product must be unused, scratch-free, dry, and clean.

  • Product must be returned in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, the order may be canceled.

• To process an exchange:

  • The customer must return the product to us.

  • After a quality check, we will send the new size.

  • All courier charges related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Customized Products

• Customized jerseys (with name, number, or design personalization) are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Tag Removal & Usage

• Products that have been used or had their tags removed are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Order Cancellations

• If we are unable to contact you after you place an order, we will attempt to reach you for up to 3 days.

• If no response is received, your order will be automatically canceled.

• Cancellation charges will apply, and fees may vary depending on the order.

• Please ensure your contact details are accurate to avoid cancellations.
